A new restaurant has opened in downtown Miamisburg

MIAMISBURG, OH - A new brewpub has opened downtown.

On July 3, the new brewpub Entropy Brewing Co. - which is located in Miamisburg at 26 S Main St - celebrated its grand opening, according to Entropy's social media account. Entropy offers "local craft beer with a full bar, a kitchen packed with great southwestern flavors, a beautifully renovated historic building, an enticing basement lounge, and a playground for kids."

The restaurant's food menu includes tacos like the Southwest (which comes with Southwest chicken, black beans, roasted corn, superfood slaw, and pickled onions, salsa, and sour cream) and the Hot Mac, which comes with mac & cheese made with beer cheese, Nashville hot sauce, grilled chicken, pickles, cilantro, and sour cream drizzle. If you don't eat meat, Entropy offers vegan tacos.

Also on the menu are burgers like the green chile burger (which is topped with house-made street corn dip, green chiles, and cheddar cheese) and Mac Attack, which is topped with mac & cheese, crispy onions, tomato, and lettuce. If you don't eat meat, you can request your burger to be made with a Beyond or black bean patty.

Furthermore, Entropy has dips like guacamole, street corn dip, fire-roasted salsa, queso, and the 'Burg, which is queso with shredded beef, salsa, and cilantro. Queso can be made vegan upon request.

If you have room for something sweet, the brewpub offers cookies like chocolate chunk, peanut butter, oatmeal raisin, Rocky Road, and vegan chocolate chip.

Awesome place. Great addition to the Miamisburg downtown area. Highly recommend the plain Jane burger and add cheese and bacon bits (need to have real bacon but was still great). Highly recommend everyone coming here! Great place for the kiddos to play too! Just wish the kids area was better shaded in the evening. It was extremely hot back there and could surely use some better shade.

The brewpub is open 5 days a week, Wednesday to Sunday from 4 PM to 10 PM. The kitchen closes at 9 PM. Entropy is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.
