A new restaurant has opened in Columbus, Ohio

COLUMBUS, OH - A new restaurant has opened just north of Ohio State University's campus.

Are you in the mood for some Chinese-style barbecue? If the answer is yes, you might want to check out the new restaurant Zhu Shi Fu BBQ, which is located in Columbus at 2515 Summit St. According to the restaurant's social media account, Zhu Shi Fu celebrated its soft opening on June 12.

The restaurant's menu includes a variety of meat skewers like lamb, beef, chicken, pig feet, pork belly, chicken skin, pig intestines with green onion, shrimp, fish tofu, and Chinese hot dog. If you don't eat meat, Zhu Shi Fu also offers vegetable skewers like sweet corn, eggplant, and potato.

Also offered at the restaurant are dishes that are cooked in foil like vermicelli noodles with imitation crab and garlic sauce, vermicelli noodles with shrimp and garlic sauce, enoki mushrooms with garlic sauce, and cheese corn. In addition, the menu includes chicken coconut soup, pig intestine soup, Chinese hot dog fried rice, Chinese hot dog fried ramen, Chinese hot dog vermicelli noodles, and stone pot seafood congee.

My wife and I recently had our third meal at Zhu Shi Fu Barbecue, and once again, it was excellent. The meat was incredibly fresh and flavorful, just like on our previous visits. The quality of the food and the friendly service continue to impress us. We look forward to dining here again soon!

New flavor in town. Small place, but very comfortable. Different from Korean bbq. Don’t forget to try their beef and lamb skewers. Their specialty sauce in the vermicelli noodles with shrimp!

The new restaurant is open 6 days a week, Tuesday to Sunday from 5 PM to 12 AM. It's closed on Mondays.
