This restaurant in Berea, Ohio recently reopened its doors

BEREA, OH - A sandwich shop has recently reopened for business under new management.

Have you been waiting for the Berea location of Dave's Cosmic Subs to reopen? If the answer is yes, then you may be glad to hear that the Berea restaurant - which is located at 118 Front St - has officially reopened for business. According to this post from the restaurant's social media account, the Berea shop reopened under new management on July 13.

Dave's Cosmic Subs' menu includes, of course, a variety of subs. Check out sandwiches like the Original (which comes with lettuce, Cosmic sauce, tomato, pepperoni, salami, prosciutto, banana peppers, provolone cheese, onions, and herbs), the Far Out (which comes with Cosmic sauce, hot sauce, chicken, onions, hot peppers, cheddar, and herbs), the Crazy Dave (which comes with lettuce, Cosmic sauce, tomato, prosciutto, capicola, onions, hot peppers, provolone, crushed red peppers, and herbs), corned beef, tuna melt, and more.

If you don't eat meat, the restaurant also offers several vegetarian options. Check out the garden burger (which comes with spicy mayo, romaine, onions, Swiss, cheddar, tomato, and a Garden burger patty), vegan meatball (which comes with plant-based meatballs, Cosmic sauce, marinara sauce, vegan mozzarella cheese, crushed red peppers, and herbs), vegetarian meatball (which comes with plant-based meatballs, Cosmic sauce, marinara sauce, provolone, crushed red peppers, Romano cheese, and herbs), and a build-your-own veggie sub option. You can add veggies like lettuce, tomato, onion, artichokes, avocado, banana peppers, black olives, green peppers, hot peppers, mushrooms, pickles, red onion, roasted red peppers, sprouts, and/or cucumber.

For those with dietary restrictions, the shop offers gluten-free bread.

Also on the menu are some salads like a tuna salad (which comes with shredded lettuce, tuna, sliced tomatoes, cucumbers, avocado, provolone cheese, and oil and balsamic dressing) and antipasto salad, which comes with shredded lettuce, salami, capicola, black forest ham, tomatoes, banana peppers, black olives, provolone, and oil and balsamic dressing.

As for sides, the shop offers chips, pasta salad, potato salad, pickle, and coleslaw. If you have room for something sweet, the restaurant serves cookies and brownies. If you want something to drink, Dave's offers sodas like blue raspberry, cream, black cherry, root beer, grape, and lemon lime.

The Berea location is open 7 days a week, Monday to Saturday from 10:30 AM to 9 PM and Sunday from 11 AM to 8 PM.
