TWINSBURG, OH - A local restaurant is offering a NOLA-inspired brunch buffet on August 18.

If the idea of a brunch buffet with a New Orleans twist sounds good to you, you might want to check out Blue Canyon Kitchen & Tavern on August 18. According to the restaurant's website, Blue Canyon - which is located in Twinsburg at 8960 Wilcox Dr - will be offering an all-you-can-eat NOLA-inspired buffet on that day starting at 10:30 AM with last seating at 1:30 PM.

At the buffet, customers can expect to see items like Applewood smoked bacon, maple sausage patties, hashbrowns, garlic green beans, red beans & rice, traditional shrimp cocktail, fresh fruit, an assortment of mini desserts, Mardi Gras salad (which is made with asparagus, peas, shaved red onions, Peruvian yellow peppers, mixed baby lettuce, and broken lemon vinaigrette), Caesar salad, shrimp & grits with tomato bacon jam, jambalaya, penne pasta (which will come with Andouille sausage, peppers, creamy tomato sauce, and herbs), herbs de Provence roasted salmon with citrus butter, oysters on the half shell, and prime rib with horseradish sauce and onion jus.

Also included with the buffet price are made-to-order items like eggs benedict, banana foster waffles (which come with rum caramel and whipped cream), roast beef po'boys (which come with shaved prime rib, brown gravy, lettuce, and tomato), blueberry pancakes with lemon curd, chocolate chip & banana pancakes with Cocoa-Pebbles-infused whipped cream, classic pancakes with Ohio maple syrup & whipped butter, Andouille sausage omelets (which are also filled with caramelized peppers, onions, and goat cheese), mushroom & asparagus omelets (which are also filled with tomato, caramelized onions, and Creole whipped burrata), and ham omelets with cheddar, bacon, spinach, and chives.

If you want something to drink, the buffet comes with coffee, hot tea, iced tea, and soft drinks at no additional charge.

The cost of the buffet is $39.99 per adult, $21.99 per child aged 8 to 12, $11.99 per child aged 3 to 7, and free for children aged 2 and under.
