TWINSBURG, OH - A popular restaurant is offering an all-you-can-eat brunch buffet on September 8.

Are you looking for someplace to get a hearty brunch this Sunday? If you answered yes to that question, you might want to check out Blue Canyon Kitchen & Tavern, which is located in Twinsburg at 8960 Wilcox Dr. According to the restaurant's website, Blue Canyon is offering an all-you-can-eat brunch buffet on September 8. First seating is at 10:30 AM, and last seating is at 1 PM.

At the buffet, customers can feast on items like Applewood smoked bacon, maple sausage patties, and hashbrowns. Also offered at the buffet are classic shrimp cocktail, fresh fruit, mini desserts, tortellini salad (which has heirloom tomatoes, olives, feta, arugula, and lemon herb dressing), chilled sweet corn & black bean orzo salad, spaghetti & meatballs, blackened walleye piccata with lemon caper butter, potato pierogies (which come with braised leeks and cabbage), corned beef strata (which is layered with kraut, caraway, and Swiss cheese), Cleveland-made bratwurst on soft potato rolls (which are topped with caramelized onions and stadium mustard aioli), and carved prime rib with French onion jus and horseradish sauce.

In addition, the buffet comes with a variety of made-to-order items. If you want something savory, you can get made-to-order dishes like eggs benedict, cheddar chive scrambled eggs, Polish boy melts (which come with kielbasa, slaw, fries, BBQ sauce, fried egg, and Swiss cheese, and is served on an English muffin), mushroom omelets (which are filled with asparagus, caramelized onions, and goat cheese), sausage omelets (which are filled with red peppers, spinach, cheddar, and pickled jalapenos), and bacon omelets, which are filled with tomatoes, mushrooms, and American cheese. If you want something sweet, the buffet includes made-to-order items like cassata cake waffles, pancakes with maple syrup & whipped butter, sweet corn pancakes (which come with salted caramel, Captain Crunch, and whipped cream), and Buckeye pancakes, which come with whipped peanut butter and chocolate chips.

If you want something to drink, the buffet includes coffee, hot tea, iced tea, and soft drinks.

The cost of the buffet is $39.99 per adult aged 13 and up, $21.99 per child aged 8 to 12, $11.99 per child aged 3 to 7, and free for children aged 2 and under.
