A new restaurant has opened in Warren, Ohio

    2024-09-05

WARREN, OH - A new restaurant has opened for business downtown.

Are you a fan of Vietnamese food? If you answered yes to that question, you might want to check out the new restaurant An's House, which recently opened in downtown Warren at 176 N Park Ave, according to the restaurant's social media account.

The restaurant's menu includes banh mi, which is a Vietnamese sub and is made in-house. Each sub is served on a freshly baked baguette and comes with pickled carrots, cucumbers, cilantro, sauce, pickled onions, and jalapenos/red chili upon request. You can get banh mi with house-made crackling pork with hoisin sauce, BBQ pork, Vietnamese ham, slow-cooked beef brisket, lemongrass tofu, grilled tamarind chicken, lemongrass beef with onion, or grilled lemongrass pork.

Also on the menu are bowls of pho. You can get classic beef pho, chicken pho, shrimp pho, and vegan pho. Furthermore, the restaurant offers vermicelli bowls, which come with lettuce, cucumber, mint, pickled carrots, daikon, and your choice of protein.

If you want something to drink, An's offers Vietnamese coffee, fresh juices, house-made lemon soda, lychee tea, and iced black tea.

Here is what a local guide had to say about the new restaurant in a Google review:

Well I waited a little bit to post this, but I have been here multiple times now, and might I say WOW. I am blown away by the freshness and beautiful depths of flavor. I’ve tried the original beef pho, the chicken pho, the beef and shrimp rice paper rolls, and multiple drinks.
I don’t know what I’ve enjoyed most to be honest. The lychee tea is wonderful. What I find nice about the drinks here is that they aren’t super sweet. But just right, the Saigon sunset is quite refreshing. I would love to enjoy this beverage on an afternoon summer stroll.
I enjoyed the rice paper rolls a lot, they had a chewy freshness, and the peanut sauce that is served with it was delicious. My partner on the other hand did not care for them as much because he didn’t like the chewy texture of the rice paper.
My last tid bit to add for now is if you like spice try the lemon grass chili oil for your pho.
Overall 10/10 and I will be back!

If you want to check out the new restaurant, you can find it at 176 N Park Ave, Warren, OH 44481.

The restaurant is open 6 days a week, Monday to Saturday from 10 AM to 8 PM.
