A new restaurant is coming to Brunswick, Ohio

BRUNSWICK, OH - A new restaurant is coming to town.

Are you a fan of Puerto Rican food? If you answered yes to that question, you might want to know that a new restaurant called Empanadas Latin Street Food is set to have its grand opening on September 13 at 11 AM, according to the restaurant's social media account. The restaurant is located in Brunswick at 1663 Pearl Rd. This is Empanadas Latin Street Food's second location; the restaurant also has a location in Parma at 5543 Ridge Rd.

The restaurant's menu, of course, includes a variety of empanadas. Empanadas has breakfast empanadas with ham, egg, & cheese; eggs, mushrooms, & onions; and bacon, egg, & cheese. Also on the menu are ones filled with beef & potatoes, chicken, ham & cheese, and mozzarella & red sauce.

Furthermore, the restaurant has flavors like beef & cream cheese, beef & ripe plantains, buffalo chicken, cheeseburger (which is filled with beef, pickles, and cheddar cheese), chicken & cheese, chicken teriyaki, Cuban, Meat Lovers (which is filled with pepperoni, Italian sausage, ham, bacon, mozzarella, and red sauce), pork & cheese, steak & cheese, skirt steak (which is also filled with peppers and onions), 3-cheese, chicken bacon ranch, shrimp, and crab.

The restaurant also has dessert empanadas like cookies & cream, guava & cheese, Nutella & strawberries, and apple cinnamon. For those with dietary restrictions, the restaurant also has some gluten-free empanadas made with corn meal and gluten-free empanadas made with green plantains.

Aside from empanadas, the menu includes quesadillas, fried chicken with fried plantains, fried pork with fried plantains, fried pork chops, mofongo with fried chicken, mofongo with pulled pork, mofongo with fried pork, mofongo with garlic shrimp, and mofongo with chicken stew.

As for sides, the restaurant has options like sorullos (corn fritters), fried yuca, fried plantains, macaroni salad, sweet plantains, potato salad, croquettes, yellow rice, white rice, beans, alcapurria (which is a fritter that is made with green bananas and filled with pork), and more.

In addition, the restaurant has sandwiches like a Cuban (which comes with pulled pork, ham, mozzarella cheese, pickles, and mustard), ham & cheese, pastrami, pulled pork, and Triple Play (which comes with 3 meats). If you have room for something sweet, the restaurant offers carrot cake, tres leches, flan, lemon cake, and more.
