A new restaurant has opened in Toledo, Ohio

TOLEDO, OH - A new restaurant has opened downtown.

Are you a fan of Mexican food? If you answered yes to that question, you might want to know about the new restaurant Migos, which is located in Toledo at 713 Monroe St. According to the restaurant's social media account, Migos celebrated its grand opening on September 27.

The restaurant's menu includes appetizers like the salsa trio, queso dip, guacamole, and elote dip. In addition, Migos has tapas like the ultimate nachos (which come loaded with your choice of chicken or steak, pico, black beans, fire-roasted corn salsa, and queso), quesadillas, Cancun quesadillas (which have grilled chicken, pineapple, queso, and ancho chipotle), carne asada fries (which are loaded with steak, pico, and house queso dip), empanadas, fried calamari, flank steak with goat cheese bruschetta, papas bravas (which are seasoned fried potatoes topped with smoky brava and garlic aioli sauce), and sopes, which consist of crispy masa cakes with chicken, black beans, cabbage, and avocado crema.

Furthermore, Migos has tacos that are served on your choice of flour or corn tortillas. Check out options like the Tres Migos (which are filled with grilled shrimp, steak, chicken, green peppers, onions, and citrus guacamole sauce), portobello (which has grilled mushrooms, fire-roasted corn, peppers, onions, goat cheese, and cilantro aioli), short rib (which has braised short rib, pickled red onions, queso fresco, and crema), and more.

If you have room for dessert, the menu has dulce de leche cake and apple empanadas. As for drinks, the restaurant offers margaritas and cocktails like a Paloma.

They offer a condensed menu that has a variety of bits and bits, including Tapas, tacos. We got the queso dip, which was really good. My wife got the sopes, and I got the Tres migo taco trio. Both were good, but I think mine was the best of the two.

We also got drinks. I stuck with the dependable spicy margarita, which was great. The blue Azul margarita, which was also great.

Prices were a little on the high side, but the quality was a bit higher than the local condados. The wait staff were personable and provided excellent service as well as we sat at the bar.
