A new restaurant is coming to Strongsville, Ohio

STRONGSVILLE, OH - A popular chain known for its brunch is opening a new restaurant in the city.

Are you a fan of Another Broken Egg Cafe? If you answered yes to that question, you might want to know that the chain is opening a new restaurant in Strongsville. According to this post from the city of Strongsville's social media account, Another Broken Egg Cafe is planning to open a location at 8913 Pearl Rd (where O'Charley's used to be).

The restaurant's menu includes brunch dishes such as shrimp & grits (the restaurant's take on the dish has shrimp and andouille sausage that are sauteed with red peppers and onions in a spicy low country reduction), hash brown benedict (hash brown croquettes that are filled with ham and cheese, and topped with poached eggs, mushroom herbed hollandaise, and red peppers), omelets (check out the lobster & brie omelet, which comes with cream cheese, brie, lobster sauteed in champagne butter sauce, tomatoes, and green onions), chicken and waffles (the restaurant's take features fried chicken tenders, a Belgian waffle, and house-made chipotle honey), and more.

If you're in the mood for something sweet, the restaurant offers cinnamon roll French toast (which consists of house-baked French-toast style cinnamon rolls topped with cream cheese icing, rum butter sauce drizzle, fresh berries, and whipped cream), apple fritter French toast (which consists of French-toast style fritters that come with fried apples, a bourbon cream sauce, fresh blueberries, and powdered sugar), lemon blueberry goat cheese pancakes, strawberry pound cake French toast, cookie dough waffles, and more.
