A new restaurant has opened in Cleveland, Ohio

CLEVELAND, OH - A new restaurant has opened downtown.

Earlier this month, Flight Social celebrated its grand opening in downtown Cleveland, according to the restaurant's social media account. Customers can find the restaurant at 347 Euclid Ave (where the Chocolate Bar used to be).

The menu includes food flights like the Americana flight (which comes with mini Nashville hot chicken sliders, BBQ pulled pork tacos, mac & cheese bites, and crispy French fries), Latin street food flight (which comes with mini beef empanadas, grilled corn esquites, chicken tinga tacos, and plantain chips), Asian fusion flight (which comes with chicken teriyaki skewers, crispy Korean BBQ cauliflower, pork gyoza dumplings, and vegetable spring rolls), and the European grazing flight, which comes with Margherita pizza bites, French croquettes, German soft pretzels with beer cheese, and Greek spanakopita triangles.

In addition, the restaurant has appetizers like World Traveler's nachos (which are loaded with pulled pork, melted cheese, jalapenos, guacamole, and chipotle mayo), Mediterranean hummus platter, buffalo chicken wings, and southern fried calamari with remoulade on the side. Furthermore, Flight Social offers a Cobb salad with a twist (which is a classic Cobb salad with candied bacon, fried chicken, and a chipotle ranch dressing), Greek power bowl (which comes with quinoa, cucumber, tomatoes, olives, feta cheese, grilled chicken, and a lemon oregano vinaigrette), Korean BBQ bowl (which comes with grilled bulgogi beef, jasmine rice, kimchi, sautéed veggies, and gochujang sauce), and southern jambalaya.

As for main courses, you can get dishes like the Global burger (which is a cheeseburger with cheddar, lettuce, tomato, and your choice of sriracha mayo, BBQ sauce, or tzatziki), jerk chicken sandwich, fish & chips, southern BBQ ribs, and grilled Pacific salmon with citrus avocado salsa.

If you have room for something sweet, Flight Social has churro flights (which come with the dipping sauces chocolate, dulce de leche, and strawberry), American apple pie served a la mode, and mochi ice cream.
