YUCAIPA, Calif. – Yucaipa City Council will consider a massive 2 million square foot warehouse development in Live Oak Canyon, just east of Redlands, on Monday. The development proposal is part of a larger Freeway Corridor Specific Plan (FCSP) update. The FCSP, approved in 2008, encompasses 1,242 acres off I-10.
