ABINGDON, Va. — A pair of Wise County residents pleaded guilty to federal drug charges, related to what authorities describe as a major meth and fentanyl operation. LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) - A local man, who works to prevent violence in the city, became a witness to a double shooting outside an Old Louisville business Monday morning. Marcus Poyntz is the supervisor at Cure Violence Program YouthBuild. He was sitting at a stop light across the street when gunshots were fired.
