Rise School Throws a Birthday “Pawty” for a Superstar
Students at the Ashford Rise School of Dallas put on their party hats in July to celebrate a staff member known for her floppy ears, wet nose, and waggy tail. Facility Dog Francesca — called “Franny” by Rise preschoolers — marked her third birthday with a popsicle “pawty,” photos, homemade cards, plenty of hugs and kisses, and a special cupcake-shaped cookie.
New principal tackles role at Coppell Middle School North
Chris Gollner was recently named principal of Coppell Middle School North. At a young age, Gollner hoped to pursue education with the hopes of enjoying many relaxing summers off. Now that he’s accumulated 20 years with Coppell ISD, he’s grateful for the busy summers that come with the job. Gollner’s experience in various Denton County school districts made him a qualified candidate to lead CMS North students to success. In his spare time, you can find him watching sports or playing "NCAA ’25."
