For the 10th time, Cornell University’s Hockey program will team up with the Racker Agency, helping local children with disabilities. This Saturday, the Racker Rivals Big Red charity game returns to Lynah Rink, with several big names taking the ice.

This year’s roster includes New York Rangers legend and Stanley Cup winner, Mike Richter, three-time Stanley Cup winner and two-time Olympic Gold Medalist, Joe Nieuwendyk, and Cornell Hockey alumni and current AHL player, Anthony Angello. The pro hockey stars will pair up with Cornell men’s and women’s coaches Mike Schafer and Doug Derraugh, and other local celebrities.

The special day begins with a family skate at 2:30 p.m., before the free to attend game kicks-off at 4 p.m.

Those who wish to donate to cause can pledge a player, to help each team compete for the most funds raised. Follow this link to donate: https://www.givegab.com/campaigns/racker-rivals-big-red-2024 .

Racker Rivals Big Red has raised over $1.3 Million, to support Racker’s Early Childhood Programs.
