Today is the Last Day of Center City Restaurant Week + Mixto Mini Review
CCD Restaurant Week has 100 restaurants to choose from - hurry up - you could still snag a dinner reservation. Center City District Restaurant Week (CCDRW) 2024 was actually 2 weeks that included 3 weekends and thank goodness because it launched the weekend after our first snowstorm. Last weekend, the weather was perfect and it seemed like everyone was out and about enjoying CCDRW.

The Sheriff's Office confirms holiday hold on lockouts + resources for residents and landlords. Here is some good news for residents who may be going through the eviction process. The Legal Clinic for the Disabled announced that The Philadelphia Landlord-Tenant Office will not conduct lockouts from 12/18/2023 to 1/1/2024. However, lockouts will resume on 1/2/2024. Now, some families can breathe a sigh of relief until the new year.
