There is no shortage of delicious appetizers at Nirvana, from the classic naan to perfectly crispy vegetable samosas, and some divine paneer pakora. A personal favorite is the onion bhaji, a chickpea-battered onion fritter served with a spicy green sauce and a sweet red sauce that are both phenomenal.

For the main course, one can never go wrong with butter chicken. Each bite of tender boneless chicken in the creamy bright orange, perfectly buttery sauce is more superb than the last. There are also a wide variety of lamb and goat specialties to choose from, and biryani - a hard dish to find anywhere else on the beach.

Being right in the heart of Myrtle Beach, Nirvana has some great seafood selections too, including the fish or shrimp vindaloos and fish or shrimp masalas. The fish is also featured in a tikka masala, as is a paneer version and a personal favorite: chicken tikka masala - featuring tender boneless tandoori chicken in a spicy gravy of tomatoes, cream, onion, and select spices.

Options remain plentiful for dessert with a number of classics done exquisitely, like the kheer - a delicious rice pudding garnished with raisin nuts. A personal favorite is the gajar halwa, a sweet carrot pudding also topped with crunchy nuts. No matter the meal cravings, Nirvana Indian has one covered.
