A personal favorite is the brisket and rare beef (thinly sliced filet mignon) pho. The sliced filet mignon melts in one’s mouth and together with the broth and noodles is unbelievably tasty.

On top of the amazing pho, there are several other noodle soup dishes with a chicken broth, featuring the core ingredients of ginger and onions. The noodle soups all also come with a healthy green mix comprised of scallions, cilantro, and white onion, the perfect compliment to any variety of noodle one desires. 

For fans of the classic soup and sandwich combination, the banh mis at Pho Claire are sure to satisfy too. Served on a perfectly crispy baguette, the banh mi sandwich comes in four protein varieties (chicken, pork, beef, or tofu) as well as the staple toppings of cucumber, mayo, jalapenos, Vietnamese ham, pork, pate, pickled assorted veggies, and cilantro on each.
