A Feast for All Families at El Buen Sabor

Family owned and located right in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, El Buen Sabor features an extensive menu of classics, vibrant decor, and specialty items one simply cannot find elsewhere along the Grand Strand. 

A great place to start on the menu is the house specialties, the delicious offerings El Buen Sabor is most known for. A personal favorite selection is the Tacos Dorados, five chicken tacos piled with lettuce, cheese, avocado, and tasty house sauce. The harmony of the creamy avocado and cheese with the zing of the sauce is out of this world good.

For crowds of four or more, one can never go wrong with the signature bandeja specials. There are three of the massive meals to choose from total: the Bandeja Especial with sausage, fish filet, shrimp, steak, pork, chicken, cheese, plantain chips, fried yuca, and salad, the Bandeja Catracha with sausage, shrimp, steak, pork, chicken, cheese, plantain chips, fried yuca, and salad, or the Bandeja Buen Sabor with Chicken, pork, beef and sausage, plantain chips, fried yuca, and salad. Each also always comes with house rice, beans, and tortillas.

El Buen Sabor is also much loved for their specialty Honduran cuisine. Their iconic baleadas are available three ways: preparada (with choice of meat), regular (with an egg), and sencilla with the staple refried beans, cheese, and fresh avocado slices. The fried pastelitos are always a solid choice too.

Make sure to check out the appetizers and sides. The guacamole and queso dips are both rich and delicious. A personal all-time favorite though is the choriqueso (chorizo and queso) dip. The melty goodness of the cheese and the touch of spice in the chorizo is a true match made in heaven.
