More migrants with ties to violent foreign gangs are being busted along the Texas - Mexico border. Among them a member of the Venezuelan "Tren de Aragua" gang arrested in El Paso while smuggling other migrants into the state - while wearing a tracking device U.S. federal agents required him to wear as a condition of release from their custody days aearlier:

A day after that arrest, Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) troopers and U.S. Border Patrol agentsarrested a migrant member of the Colombian Las Paisas gang - who was also smuggling other migrants into Texas, this time in the Rio Grande Valley:

Days earlier in El Paso, Border Patrol agents had apprhended a migrant who was amember of the Ecuadorian Latin Kings gang:

Arrests like these are occuring all along the U.S.-Mexico border. In California, U.S. Immigration & Customs Enforcment (ICE) agents along with U.S. Border Patrol officers recently arrested a Peruvian member of the notorious El Salvadoran MS-13 gang who was also wanted for murder:

In March, US Border Patrol Chief Jason Owens said the agency apprehended more than 200 gang members in five months. Owens says knowing who is crossing the border without permission is paramount for border security.
