Whether you’re in the mood for a T-bone steak or succulent seafood, Ohio’s steakhouses have you covered. They also serve delectable sides for a delicious, hearty meal. The steakhouses include:

Strip Steakhouse (36840 Detroit Road, Avon)

Offering a fresh twist on Midwestern comfort food, Strip serves eccentric entrees that are as unique as they are delicious. The restaurant calls the historic Ewers Barn home. It dates back to 1851, and was used during the Civil War to raise horses for the military.

As you dine back in time, enjoy a barrel-cut filet, blue soy salmon, or butter-basted top sirloin steak.

Lucia's Steakhouse (4769 Belpar Street NW, Canton)

At Lucia's, you’ll find everything from traditional Italian dishes to classic steakhouse fare. The chefs believe a meal is meant to be savored and shared. They only use the finest ingredients, and with just one bite, you will see why the restaurant has been a Canton fixture for more than 83 years.

Offerings include Chilean sea bass, Boston strip steaks, and crab-stuffed cod. These dishes are best enjoyed with sides like sautéed spinach and loaded home fries.

Angry Bull Steak House (3317 East Cleveland Road, Huron)

One of northeast Ohio’s premier steakhouses, Angry Bull is where you’ll find some of the finest steak and seafood around. The restaurant opens for dinner daily at 4:00 p.m.

It’s perfect for date night or an evening with friends, and diners always enjoy fast, attentive service. Try the filet mignon, surf and turf, or T-bone steak. You won’t be disappointed.

Oakwood Club (2414 Far Hills Avenue, Dayton)

A Dayton staple since 1967, the Oakwood Club provides quality food and service in a warm, friendly setting. The steaks age for 21 days, while the seafood is flown in fresh daily from the East and West coasts.

Menu choices include Porterhouse steaks, South African lobster tails, and lemon sole. They come with two sides and are best enjoyed with your favorite whiskey or craft beer.

The Avenue Steak Tavern (94 North High Street, Dublin)

Step into The Avenue Steak Tavern for fine steaks and traditional tavern fare. The dishes pair well with the restaurant’s old-world wines and classically-inspired cocktails, and the friendly servers gladly offer pairing suggestions.

Menu choices include Atlantic salmon, New York strip steaks, and sea scallops. For dessert, satisfy your sweet tooth with a slice of cobbler featuring Granny Smith apples, blackberries, and brown sugar streusel.
