There’s no shortage of fall fun in Ohio. From Boo at the Zoo to getting lost in corn mazes, there’s plenty of entertainment throughout the season. Here are a few 2024 events you don’t want to miss:

Brasee’s Corn Maze (Friday-Sunday, now through October 26th)

The Brasee family loves fall so much that 20 years ago, they turned 27 acres into a pumpkin patch and corn maze. They start creating the corn maze in May, and you’ll likely make a few wrong turns before finding your way out.

New this year is a one night only haunted hayride on October 19th. Featuring live scare actors and surprises hiding behind every tree, this spooktacular ride is not for the faint of heart.

You'll find Brasee's at 18421 State Route 58 in Wellington.

Lehner's Pumpkin Farm (now through October 27th)

Spend a fun day at Lehner's Pumpkin Farm. It’s where the Lehner family farms approximately 1,100 acres of corn, wheat, soybeans, pumpkins, and gourds.

Fall at the farm brings a little friendly competition during pumpkin bowling, feed sack races, and steering peddle go-carts around Lehner Raceway. Before heading home, pick the perfect pumpkin for your front porch in the pumpkin patch.

Wild, Wild West Weekend (October 5th & 6th)

For an unforgettable journey to the old frontier, head to the Wild, Wild West Weekend at Mapleside Farms. The most “legendary characters of the Wild West will take you back in time as you enjoy a covered wagon ride to Pumpkin Village.

The village is packed full of fun with pig races, live entertainment, barnyard hoops, and more.

    Boo at the Zoo (October 12th-13th, 19th-20th, & 26th-27th)

It’s all treats and no tricks at the Akron Zoo’s annual Boo at the Zoo event. All ages can don their favorite costumes and visit 12 themed stations scattered throughout the zoo.

Along the way, you’ll come nose-to-nose with red pandas, snow leopards, grizzly bears, and other majestic animals.
