Do you want to enjoy your favorites from the sea without getting out your cookbook? Then head to one of these Ohio restaurants where you can enjoy everything from lobster tail to pan-seared salmon:

Oak Park Tavern (2919 State Route 430, Mansfield)

Oak Park Tavern opened in 1940, making it the oldest supper club in Richland County. The restaurant is famous for its steaks and Lake Erie perch, and you’ll want to make a reservation to avoid a long wait.

Along with the perch, other seafood offerings include fried shrimp, walleye, and bourbon glaze salmon. Two sides like green beans and beer-battered twisty fries will round out your hearty meal.

    Austyn’s (130 Front Street, Marietta)

Indulge in flavors from around the world at Austyn’s. Nestled in downtown Marietta, the restaurant has “won the hearts of diners” with its creative menu, impeccable service, and inviting setting.

Seafood offerings include Maryland crab cakes, teriyaki salmon, and ahi tuna. Round out your meal with a fresh garden salad and mashed sweet potatoes.

Bender’s Tavern (137 Court Avenue SW, Canton)

A Canton fixture since 1902, Bender’s Tavern has a long history of serving some of the finest meals and drinks in town. The seafood comes from Foley’s Fish in Boston, and every bite is as fresh as it is flavorful.

For dinner, try the Chilean sea bass, grey sole, or walleye pickerel. You won’t be disappointed.

    Embers (8170 Montgomery Road, Cincinnati)

At Embers, you’ll discover a contemporary American steakhouse offering a twist on a classic menu. Photographs of local landmarks dot the walls, and the restaurant is perfect for date night or an evening with friends.

Seafood dishes include salmon, pan-seared sea scallops, and butter-poached lobster tails. They’re best enjoyed with grilled asparagus and duck fat fries.

The Lakehouse (1146 Old River Road, Cleveland)

For a fabulous waterfront dining experience, The Lakehouse boasts a vibe perfect for relaxing after a long day. The sunsets are spectacular, and you might also enjoy live music or themed parties packed full of fun.

Lakehouse specialties include lobster rolls, roasted Atlantic salmon, and ale-battered fish & chips. They pair well with a handcrafted cocktail or a pint of locally brewed beer.
