Nurse with fake creds worked in Jacksboro Staff Report Wed, 02/07/2024 - 3:30 pm   Jessica Renee Judd A former director of nursing at a Jacksboro nursing home was found to have never had a license to practice nursing or privilege to practice nursing in the state. The Texas Board of Nursing issued an Imposter Warning in their recent newsletter regarding Jessica Renee Judd, who also went by the names of Jessica Morse, Jessica Fogelson, Jessica R. Judd, Renee Judd and Jessica Judd secured employment and practiced as director of nursing from May 3, 2023 to May 11, 2023 in Jacksboro. The Texas Board of Nursing’s investigation revealed that the date of birth and social security number provided by Jessica Renee Judd did not being to any nurse having a license pro privilege to practice nursing in the state of Texas. Judd had done this for many years, securing employment with a license number used by another nurse with the same _rst and last names at facilities in Wichita Falls, Weatherford, and Decatur as well. The board’s _ndings and case has been referred to the Of_ces of the Wichita County District Attorney, Wise County District Attorney, Parker County District Attorney, and Jack County District Attorney for prosecution.
