Records reveal Fort Worth school board didn’t evaluate Ramsey based on STAAR
The Fort Worth ISD school board did not evaluate its superintendent using the district’s recent STAAR results, according to records obtained by the Fort Worth Report. Superintendent Angélica Ramsey’s performance was evaluated using six academic goals and other metrics that included community relations, finance, leadership and staff relationships. Several of the academic goals were based on the MAP test, which tracks academic growth and is administered at the beginning, middle and end of the school year.
