NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The public is hereby notified that the Jackson County Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Monday, July 8th at 6:00 p.m. at the Department on Aging in the Heritage Room (100 County Services Park, Sylva NC 28779). The hearing is regarding proposed Text Amendments to the Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) Article IV Subdivisions, Section 4.3.5 Street Standards. The following proposed amendments are located on the county website at: https://www.planning.jacksonnc.org/jackson-county-planning-board under the link "Planning Board Public Hearing Notice 07-08-2024 (Item 1)."
