NEW JERSEY -- Dozens of New Jerseyans have been infected with Salmonella bacteria contracted from cucumbers, according to the Food and Drug Administration (FDA.) The agency noted that the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) determined that the active outbreak concluded as of August 22, 2024. During the outbreak, however, between 20 and 25 New Jersey residents contracted Salmonella. BELMAR — Newly released body cam footage shows the events that led to the arrest of a surfer on the beach Tuesday as seen in a video gone viral. He was not picked up by his owner nor has his owner been contacted. Nemo was not wearing a collar or harness when he got loose. Nemo is black/white and brindle with a black spot on his head.
