Jacksonville among top U.S. job markets for women in tech, pay parity
Jacksonville is one of the top U.S. markets for women in tech, according to a recent study. Jacksonville ranked No. 13 on SmartAsset's eighth-annual best cities for women in tech study. Although the First Coast remained among the best cities for an equitable gender pay gap in the technology sector, income relative to housing costs, tech job growth and women as a percentage of the total tech workforce, the region dropped from rank 10 in 2021.
