Jacksonville man arrested for indecent liberties with a child

JACKSONVILLE, N.C. (WNCT) — Deputies with the Onslow County Sheriff’s Office arrested a Jacksonville man on July 17 for indecent liberties with a child.

An investigation revealed that 76 year old Waldo Houston Aleshire sexually abused two juveniles. He was arrested and charged with two counts of Indecent Liberties with Child. Aleshire was taken to the Onslow County Detention Center and given a $40,000 secured bond.

The Onslow County Sheriff’s Office asks anyone with any knowledge on this situation contact Detective J. Harvey at 910-455-3113.
