DAUPHIN COUNTY, PA. (WHP) — A multi-vehicle crash has shutdown all lanes on I-81 northbound between Exit 77: PA 39 and Exit 80: PA 743, according to 511PA. PennDOT officials say that the multi-vehicle crash occurred at 6:30 p.m. and included a car carrier that went off the road and into nearby trees.
