Known also by the alias Ricardo Mazzarino Vega was sentenced to spend the remainder of his life behind bars without the possibility of parole. His conviction stemmed from the heinous murder of Judy Chamberlain a 21-year-old whose lifeless body was discovered by a maintenance worker in a basement well. Chamberlain had been brutally strangled after enduring a sexual assault her tragic demise casting a long shadow over her loved ones and law enforcement.
