Neil Young and Stephen Stills have announced that they will be together again, this time for a benefit concert. They will be performing at the “Harvest Moon: The Gathering” benefit concert in Lake Hughes, CA, right outside Los Angeles in Los Angeles County, on Saturday, October 5. It will be a day-long festival that will raise money for The Painted Turtle and for Young's The Bridge School.

Tickets for the event are on sale now. The Painted Turtle is located at 17000 Elizabeth Lake Road, in Lake Hughes, California. The concert will begin at 12:00 pm on October 5.

The website for the concert says that “all proceeds benefit The Painted Turtle, a non-profit providing children living with serious medical conditions a traditional camp experience free of charge, and The Bridge School, which provides free education to children with severe speech and physical impediments.”

Neil Young and Stephen Stills are, of course, part of Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young, one of the most influential musicians and groups of the modern music era. They have done countless benefits and are obviously still touring at various events today.

Love their music since I was a kid. My mom and I would listen in the car on weekend trips.
