The 67^th annual Monterey Jazz Festival will be held on Friday, September 27-29, at the Monterey County Fairgrounds & Event Center located at 2004 Fairground Road in Monterey, California. This year's artists include Stanley Clarke, Mavis Staples, Samara Joy, and dozens of other performers. Tickets are available on their website.

The Monterey Jazz Festival has long been seen as one of the most important festivals for lovers of jazz, with some of the great artists entertaining fans for decades. People that have performed in it's history include Louis Armstrong, John Coltrane, Herbie Hancock, Duke Ellington, Dizzy Gillespie, George Benson, Bonnie Raitt, and Kendrick Scott.
