Janesville School District plans job fair

JANESVILLE — The Janesville School District will host a job fair on Tuesday, July 30 from 3-6 p.m. and Wednesday, July 31, from 9 to noon, both at Marshall Middle School, 25 S. Pontiac Dr..

“For those hoping to find fresh start, a different job, or a new career direction, job seekers will find a wealth of exciting opportunities for employment at” the district, a statement from the district reads.

Those attending the job fair will have the opportunity to meet with principals, human resources staff, supervisors and educators to learn about open positions in the district. The district is hiring teachers, custodians, clerks, paraprofessionals, student nutritionists and substitutes for teachers, aides, custodians and food service.

Interviews will be conducted at the job fair, and no pre-registration is required. Job seekers should bring resumes and applications can be filled out on-site. Applications can be filled out prior to the job fair at the district human resources page on the district website at https://www.janesville.k12.wi.us/departments/human-resources/employment-opportunities.
