    Four places to eat in Houston's historic The Heights

    1) Boomtown Coffee
    242 W. 19th

    A cup of coffee from a specialty coffee roaster in The Heights will surely taste different. Boomtown Coffee offers a wide array of its original brewed coffee, from classic coffee, custom concoctions, to house lattes. Look through the breakfast menu selection for some fiber and protein intake, such as Veggie Breakfast, Breakfast Sandwich, Tomato Mushroom Toast, or Sausage Egg & Veggie Taco.

    2) Revival Market
    550 Heights Boulevard

    Known as Houston's craft butcher shop, they sourced all the ingredients responsibly sustainable. Grab your lunch with their Spring Lamb Gyro or 44 Farms Burger. They also have a family-style menu for 2-4 servings, such as Rotisserie Chicken Dinner and Baked Meat Ball Pasta & Garden Salad. Snack bites are available for 2-5 people with Charcuterie Box and Brunch Box.

    3) Eight Row Flint
    1039 Yale Street

    Happy Hour is a good deal that you can't miss. Spend your afternoon until the sun sets at Eight Row Flint's outdoor seating and accompanied by their specials from Monday to Friday, at 2 p.m. - 6 p.m. and all day on Wednesdays. Get cocktails for $6.50, including Frozen Margarita, the signature Eight Row Old Fashioned Margarita, and Eight Row Mule.

    4) Field and Tides
    705 E 11th St.

    For dinner options, Field and Tides offers locally sourced ingredients on the Gulf. The outdoor seating is available with pretty lights decorating the night view. All of their servings are well-garnished, balanced with fresh and tasty seafood and veggies. Their new Crab Tostada is a perfect starter, then for entrees, try their Rib Eye or Chili Marinated Jumbo Shrimp.
