Fireworks show Wednesday in Laurel, Thursday in Jasper County
The annual Sawmill Square Mall “Let Freedom Ring” fireworks spectacular is scheduled for Wednesday with fireworks set to explode at 9:15 p.m. Also on Wednesday will be the 10th annual America Bash X at The Knight Butcher in downtown Laurel. Live music will begin at 7 p.m. by the Chad Knight Band with special guest Attic Revival. Organizers said guests should bring lawn chairs and the butcher shop will be closed. Stick around and watch the fireworks from the patio.
