On my early morning commute, I popped into RaceTrac to try their breakfast — the most important meal of the day – right, y’all? While I expected a great variety, I had no idea it would be as delicious as it was!
One of the highlights was the breakfast pizza. Yes, you read that correct. Gravy as a the sauce + topped with eggs + a plethora of cheese. It was sinfully delicious!
Apart from breakfast, there were many other food items that caught my eye (and my appetite).
In true southern fashion, there were boiled peanuts. Kentucky is just northern enough to make boiled peanuts rare, but I absolutely love them — and I am so excited to have a consistent source in RaceTrac! They have both classic + cajun and I highly recommend the cajun.
