SEDGWICK COUNTY —Police continue the search for a 16-year-old Kansas girl accused in a violent attack on a Kansas teen. Just after noon May 26, police responded to a disturbance in the 400 block of N Dodge in Wichita, according to Wichita Police Captain Aaron Moses. Geary County Landfill will be open Saturday
Due to the severe weather the area experienced on Friday, June 28th, the Geary County Public Works Department will have the Landfill open again on Saturday, July 6th from 8AM – 5PM. The Landfill will be closed Sunday, July 7th and will resume normal operational hours Monday, July 8th.
