The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office confirmed two burglars targeted a pharmacy in Imperial early Monday morning, breaking through a ground-level window and bear crawling their way to the pharmacy before running off.
Fenton-area man charged for allegedly firing shot at car in Arnold
Tyler Michael Cavenar, 19, who lives in the Jefferson County portion of Fenton is facing two felony charges after he allegedly shot at another man who was driving away from an Arnold restaurant. Cavenar and the other man allegedly fought in the parking lot before the shooting, Arnold Police reported.
Work on Kimmswick riverfront pavilion expected to be finished in August
The construction of a pavilion at Kimmswick has been slightly delayed due to poor soil conditions and several weeks of rainy weather. The pavilion, which is being built in a county park near the Mississippi River where riverboats can land at Kimmswick, is expected to be complete by August, Parks and Recreation Department Director Tim Pigg said on June 12.
