NOPD searches for robbery suspect
NEW ORLEANS — New Orleans Police are asking for the public's assistance with locating a suspect wanted for simple robbery and attempted robbery. Wanted is Carey Lewis Tanks. According to investigators, Tanks committed the crime of simple robbery at a business in the 7500 block of Bullard Avenue on July 16 and committed an attempted simple robbery at a business in the 6300 block of Chef Menteur Highway on July 11, 2024.

Saints Reward Pro Bowl Receiver With Additional Contract Year
Rashid Shaheed will be with the Saints through 2025 after a one-year contract extension. The Saints have taken care of one of their own before training camp starts. As first reported by ESPN's Adam Schefter, New Orleans has given Pro Bowl receiver Rashid Shaheed a one-year, $5.2 million contract extension.
