AUGUSTA (WGME) -- Maine may be getting a new state flag, and the winner of the redesign contest has been revealed. Secretary of State Shenna Bellows held the contest to pick a model design earlier this summer and received more than 400 submissions, coming from 42 different states as well as some submissions from abroad.
