Misericordia University Teacher Education Students Earn 100% Pass Rate 2023-2024. DALLAS, PA, July 23, 2024 – Recent graduates of Misericordia University’s (MU) teacher education department (TED) earned a 100% first-time pass rate on their professional licensure exams for the 2023-2024 academic year, notably exceeding state averages.
