ONEIDA | After several years of apparent financial stability, missed payroll is again in the spotlight at Big South Fork Medical Center. The Rennova Health-owned Oneida hospital has reportedly missed payroll twice in recent weeks. The Independent Herald was provided Friday with an internal email from Rennova’s vice president of human resources, who is based at the company’s corporate office in West Palm Beach, Fla., informing employees at the Oneida hospital that they would not receive their paychecks on time.
