Sanostee man pleads guilty in fatal drunken driving crash
A Sanostee man pleaded guilty in U.S. District Court in Albuquerque for his involvement in a fatal drunken driving crash. Leonardo Robbie Duncan, 33, admitted he was driving while intoxicated on Aug. 12, 2023, when he crossed the center line on Navajo Route 36 near Upper Fruitland. Duncan admitted in court that he “crashed head-on into the passenger side” of a vehicle, killing the man and woman inside of it, according to court records.
