This is delicious, sweet and tastes cafe-quality, trust me.

    Enjoy!

    Ingredients

    For the Iced Coffee

    • 1 cup brewed coffee (chilled)
    • 1-2 tablespoons sweetener (sugar, simple syrup, or flavored syrup, to taste)
    • Ice cubes
    • Milk or cream (optional)

    For the Vanilla Cold Foam

    • 1/2 cup heavy cream
    • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
    • 1-2 tablespoons powdered sugar (adjust to taste)
    • Milk or cream (optional, for a lighter foam)

    Directions

    Prepare the Iced Coffee:
    • Brew your favorite coffee and allow it to cool to room temperature. You can also use cold brew coffee.
    • In a glass, add ice cubes and pour the chilled coffee over the ice. Sweeten to taste with your choice of sweetener and add milk or cream if desired.

    Make the Vanilla Cold Foam:
    • In a mixing bowl, combine the heavy cream, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar.
    • Using a hand mixer or a milk frother, whip the mixture until it thickens and forms soft peaks. Be careful not to overwhip; you want it to be frothy, not butter.

    Assemble the Drink:
    • Pour the iced coffee into your favorite glass.
    • Gently spoon the vanilla cold foam on top of the iced coffee.

    Serve and Enjoy:
    • Optionally, you can drizzle some additional vanilla syrup on top or sprinkle with a bit of cocoa powder or cinnamon for garnish.
    • Serve with a straw or a spoon, and enjoy your delicious iced coffee!

    What do you think?

For my coffee lovers out there, you have definitely got to try this!
