    Lemon Garlic Pasta: Easy, Quick Pasta at Home

    This lemon garlic pasta is packed with flavor. It's super easy and fast to whip up. Eat this with crunchy garlic bread on the side.

    The Recipe and Directions

    Pasta:

    1. In a saucepan, melt 2 tablespoons of salted butter. 

    2. Add 1/2 diced shallot, 3 freshly chopped garlic cloves, 1/2 fresh squeezed lemon, and a sprinkle of fresh chopped parsley. Stir around the pan until fragrant.

    3. Add 1 pint of heavy whipping cream and 1/4 cup of pasta water. Season with garlic parmesan seasoning, salt, white pepper, red crushed peppers, garlic powder, onion powder, and a dash of parsley

    4. Let the sauce come to a simmer

    5. Once bubbling, reduce heat and add fresh parmesan and shredded italian style cheese

    6. Add pasta to the sauce and stir. 

    Chicken cutlets:

    1. In a bowl, add plain breadcrumbs. Season with salt, pepper, parsley, garlic powder, and onion powder.

    2. In a separate bowl, beat three eggs and add a splash of water

    3. Coat thin-sliced chicken breast in breadcrumbs then place in the egg wash. Let excess egg drip from chicken breast then place it back in the breadcrumbs. Firmly press the breadcrumbs onto the chicken.

    4. In a hot cast iron skillet, fill the bottom of the pan w avocado oil

    5. Once oil is hot, place chicken breast in avocado oil. Cook on each side for 3 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Enjoy!
