Florissant Fish swim team celebrates end of season
On July 24, the Florissant Fish Swim Team celebrated their end-of-the-year banquet at the James J. Eagan Center. Mayor Lowery came and spoke to congratulate them on another fantastic season. The entire swim team and their families came out to celebrate all of their achievements. Individual awards were also given out.

Collinsville girls tennis begins season at Alton Invitational
COLLINSVILLE — The Collinsville High School girls tennis squad got their season start on Saturday at the annual Andy Simpson Doubles Invite in the Alton Riverbend area. Due to the forecasted heat and heat indexes, the tournament ended at noon for most of the doubles teams after getting in their opening two matches.
