Based in the Jericho office of Grassi, Lisa Rispoli is partner-in-charge of the firm’s trust and estate services and leader of the private client services group. Applying more than 30 years of experience in accounting, estate planning and valuation, and gift, estate and trust taxation, Rispoli works with clients and their professional advisors to develop estate plans to transfer family, business and personal wealth to the next generation and charitable organizations.

Rispoli assists executors and trustees, providing administration and fiduciary services. These include litigation support, tax compliance, income tax planning and court-prescribed accountings. Her expertise in post-mortem planning and compliance guides executors through the complex process of administering estates.

Rispoli currently serves as president of the New York City Estate Planning Council. She is recognized as an estate accounting expert by various Surrogate’s Courts and works closely with many of the tri-state area's leading attorneys. She is recognized by the National Association of Estate Planners & Councils as an accredited estate planner (AEP). She also holds the trust and estate practitioner (TEP) designation from the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.

Rispoli has written articles and given expert commentary to Crain's New York Business, New York Law Journal, Palm Beach Daily News, Newsday, CNN and bar association journals on estate and trust planning and administration topics. Crain’s New York Business recognized her among its 2021 Notable Women in Accounting & Consulting.

Rispoli’s community activities have included serving on the board of Bethany House, which provides emergency shelter and services for women and children.
