I moved out of an apartment in May of this year that refused to do maintenance and it was an ongoing problem with them. 3 times my apartment had flooded on the bottom floor and they put me in a hotel for 7 months before moving me to another apartment that was empty all along. That apartment on the bottom floor is flooded within 3 days of me moving in because the neighbor above me had a faulty toilet. Ruined nearly everything I owned. Then they wanted to put me back in a hotel in order to do repairs 6 months later. Hell no. That should be criminal. I know it’s civil.
