In the great state of California, there are many great flea markets, but this one is a must-visit.

It's called the San Jose Flea Market in San Jose, CA.

One website says, "This family-friendly flea market has been around for 56 years. In addition to the typical flea market items, there is a large farmers market, food court, and areas for children to play."

The flea market's website says, "A San José landmark where families can spend an inexpensive and fun-packed day. Stroll through colorful alleys and treasure-laden corridors, conquer the cool depths of the arcade, and enjoy good food with live music. Tackling your shopping list has never been this fun."

This flea market is open from dawn to dusk on Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays!

"The San Jose Flea Market is a small city with a life of its own. Find everything you need from organic vegetables in our quarter-mile-long produce row, to stereo equipment, religious supplies, and even a barber shop," their website also says.

Their website goes on to say, "The heart of the San Jose Flea Market has always been family. For 55 years we’ve been the place loved ones have made memories while playing, shopping, and eating together. Today, we remain one of the best destinations in the region for families to spend an inexpensive and fun-packed day."

The address for this flea market is 1590 Berryessa Rd, San Jose, CA 95133.

It's not big anymore. It's half the size it use to be. And everything is expensive. Your better buying is at Walmart. We use to go every Sunday when we were young. Back then everything was cheap. Parking was only a dollar, now twenty dollars .I don't think so. Fresno's flea market alot better.

I've been there many times in the 80's and 90's when I lived in the east bay area. I saw it change from a true flea market with a huge variety of items and personal sales where you oculd find all kinda of treasures. At the end, it was mostly dollar store & China import stuff that you can buy anyplace. Now I am too far to visit to see if by chance it has changed back to the fun flea market of before. To be fair, most of the larger flea market have pretty much all the same dollar store crap, and very little actual good finds.
