A construction timeline was not disclosed, but it was reported that the Lowes Foods grocery store is anticipated to open in the third quarter of 2025.

Other Platt Springs Crossing tenants, per the report, will include Chipotle Mexican Grill, Panda Express, Whataburger and Planet Fitness, among others.
